- Under $100 - 40% to you 
- $100-$500 - 45%
- $500-$1000 - 55%
- $1000+ - Up to 65% (case by case)

Payouts are issued approximately every 2-4 weeks via Zelle or check. Store credit is available for an additional 10% value.

BEFORE YOU BRING ITEMS IN

Please take a few minutes to browse the shop before bringing items in. This helps ensure your pieces are a good fit for our curation, saves you unnecessary schlepping, and helps us keep space available in our very small store.

HOURS & DROP-OFFS

• Walk-ins welcome. No appointment needed.
• Open Tuesday-Sunday, 12-6. Closed Mondays.
• Bring in whatever you can comfortably carry.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

Neighbor Neighbor is highly curated. We tend to favor natural materials such as linen, silk, cotton, cashmere, and wool, along with designer pieces, thoughtful everyday basics, unique finds, and occasional vintage.

SELECTION & REVIEW

• Your items may be briefly screened by floor staff if I am not in the shop.
• I personally make all final selection and pricing decisions.
• If I am not available, items may be held for my review.
• Unaccepted items must be picked up within a few days unless donation has been pre-authorized.

CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

• Most items remain in the shop for approximately 3-6 weeks.
• Some items may be pulled sooner or kept longer depending on season, customer interest, and available space.
• Every few weeks I review inventory & remove pieces that are not receiving interest.
• I will text you when items are ready for pickup.
• Items not picked up within the allotted timeframe may be donated to our non-profit sale rack unless otherwise arranged.

COMMUNICATION & RECORDS

Neighbor Neighbor operates on a simple analog system, which allows us to stay curated, efficient, and sustainable as a small business. We do not provide itemized intake lists, spreadsheets, or itemized sales reports.

If you would like a record of your items, please take photos before drop-off or request photos of selected pieces when dropping off.

When items sell, you will receive a list of sold items and your total payout amount. Individual sale prices are not provided.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

If you’d like feedback before bringing items in, we can arrange a FaceTime consultation. Home visits may also be available for larger collections, though appointments are typically booked further in advance.

There is usually short-term parking available near the end of De La Guerra. If you cannot find parking, call or text 805-724-2372 do my best to meet you at your car.

If you prefer a more digital consignment experience with detailed inventory tracking and itemized reporting, we completely understand. Our analog system is an intpart of how we keep Neighbor Neighbor personal, curated, and sustainable.
